As a company that believes in promoting lifelong learning, our bus crew from all the schools that we serve, underwent training during the summer break in July and August. This constant up-skilling is to enable our crew to be more mindful of safety issues and to provide better service.
The courses that they attended were:
Child Safeguarding Certification – promoting the safety and well-being of children
Demonstrate Service Vision – how to pro-actively assess situational contexts to deliver service excellence
Skills Future Digital Workplace – to familiarise with digital tools to improve productivity at work
To date, almost 70% of our crew has been certified in Child Safeguarding and we are aiming to complete 100% certification by year-end.
