Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) Awards - Most Scalable Collaboration Finalist
Yeap Transport was shortlisted as a finalist for the Singapore International Chambers of Commerce (SICC) Awards 2022 for the Most Scalable Collaboration.
Together with Singapore American School (SAS), Yeap Transport worked with the school’s administrators to identify ways to improve rider behaviour to enhance in-cabin safety during bus rides. Stress points were highlighted and the resulting solution is a Visual Cue System using flashcards that are aligned with the SAS values of Be Safe, Be Kind, Be Responsible.
The bus crew would then use the flashcards to remind riders to behave appropriately, without getting into an unnecessary confrontation between the crew and student riders owing to language and age barriers as well as cultural differences. We are thankful to SAS for the pedagogical guidance in this endeavour.
NS Mark Accreditation
Yeap Transport has been accredited with the NS Mark. This award recognises that we have human resources practices and policies that support National Service and Total Defence Day. Yeap Transport pledges to support all NS Reservist sessions when our employees are called back and discourage them from deferring.
Eco Certification: Office (Champion Tier) by the Singapore Environment Council
Yeap Transport has been awarded the Eco Office Certification Champion category by the Singapore Environment Council (SEC). This certification was attained based on our concerted efforts to implement environmentally friendly practices in the office and to promote eco-consciousness amongst our staff.

Yeap Transport was awarded the Sustainable Employment Pledge Partner Award by the Singapore Business Federation. This award recognises that we provide a work environment that treats all employees with respect and dignity, provide fair compensation and has ethical business practices.
Singapore Business Review Team of the Year – Transportation Award
As recognition for our efforts to improve productivity and punctuality with our integrated Yeap Transport Management System (YTMS), ESG initiatives, and promoting continuous learning in our staff and bus crew, Yeap Transport was awarded the Business Management Excellence Award – Team of the Year, Transportation.
